Scale Issues Between Maya And Zbrush
The export settings say scale and xyz offset is at 0. The scale values in zbrush still confuse me a lot so I never touch them to be. ZBrush will scale very small or very large models so that they are a suitable size for the sculpting brushes to work well. You can tell when this has happened. You need to manually compensate it in Blender. Put the object under an empty and scale the empty to Maya is cm and Blender is m in units.
